Expected Production definition

Expected Production means, for any period of determination, expected production of proved, developed producing reserves of Petroleum Substances of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, net of royalties, as described in the Borrower's most recent Engineering Report (as such Expected Production is updated from time to time by a board of director approved forecast, such forecast to be acceptable to the Majority of the Lenders, acting reasonably), as adjusted for acquisitions and Dispositions for such year.
Expected Production means, for each twenty-four month period occurring after the second anniversary of the Effective Date, KWHs projected to be produced by the System for that future period based on the Estimated Contract Year 1 Production and Estimated Annual Degradation factor set forth in Schedule 2 hereof.
Expected Production means, for each Guarantee Period, the kWh projected to be produced by the System for that future period based on the Estimated Production set forth in Schedule 6 hereof.

Examples of Expected Production in a sentence

  • To the extent that the Solar Array Design and / or the SEF Expected Production are adjusted after the Effective Date of this Agreement, such adjustments shall be approved by the Client and if they are different to the details specified in Schedule #2, the Contract Sum will be adjusted to ensure the Client’s expected economic benefit as at the Effective Date of this Agreement remains unaffected by the changes to the Solar Array Design and / or the SEF Expected Production.

  • In such event, the Parties agree that Solar System Size, Estimated Year 1 Production and Expected Production set forth in Schedule 2 and the Purchase Option Fee set forth for each year in Schedule 4 shall automatically be reduced by a percentage equal to the percentage reduction in the size of the System.

  • Should the final electrical design affect projected Solar PV System production, the production report will be updated to reflect those changes on Solar PV System Expected Production; if such Solar PV System Expected Production is negatively impacted, the Contract Sum will be adjusted to ensure that Client’s expected economic benefit (the “Expected Economic Benefit”) as of the Effective Date of this Agreement remains unaffected by those Solar PV System Expected Production changes.

  • To the extent that the Solar PV System Design and/or the Solar PV System Expected Production are adjusted after the Effective Date of this Agreement, such adjustments shall be approved by Client and, if they are different from the details specified in Schedule #2, the Contract Sum will be adjusted to ensure Client’s Expected Economic Benefit as at the Effective Date of this Agreement remains unaffected by the changes to the Solar PV System Design and/or the Solar PV System Expected Production.

  • Appropriate activities for the Production environment are:  Course Creation  Teaching  Training  Collaboration The Production environments should not be used for: Administrative tasks such as:  testing new third party integrations  testing external authentication  testing SIS uploads Expected Production environment upgrade periods: March (service pack upgrade), July (service pack upgrade), December (major version upgrade).

  • In the event that UNIVERSITY’s activities result in the System being overshadowed in manner that causes the System to produce less than 95 percent of the Expected Production Output on a kWh basis over any twelve (12) month period, UNIVERSITY agrees to pay “in- lieu” fees up to the Expected Performance Output as described in Section 11.1.1 above for the duration of the period for which the shadowing occurs.

  • In the event that OFFTAKER's activities result in the Solar PORTFOLIO being shadowed in manner that causes the Solar PORTFOLIO to produce less than 95 percent of the Expected Production Output on a kWh basis over any twelve (12) month period, OFFTAKER agrees to pay "in-­‐lieu" fees up to the Expected Performance Output as described Appendix C for the duration of the period for which the shadowing occurs.

  • In the event that the final System Design, as approved by Client, is not expected to meet the System Expected Production, then Contract Sum shall be reduced by any amount necessary to ensure Client’s Expected Economic Benefit.

Related to Expected Production

  • Restricted Products means any products, equipment or machinery researched into, developed, manufactured, supplied, marketed, distributed or sold by the Company (on its own or in collaboration or partnership with others) and with which the duties of the Executive were materially concerned or for which he was responsible during the Relevant Period or about which he had Confidential Information, or any products, equipment or machinery of the same type or materially similar to those products, equipment or machinery;

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Commercial Production means the operation of the Property or any portion thereof as a producing mine and the production of mineral products therefrom (excluding bulk sampling, pilot plant or test operations);

  • Postproduction means an activity related to the finishing or duplication of a medium described in Subsection 59-12-104(54)(a).
