Expected Maturity definition

Expected Maturity means, with respect to each Class of Secured Liquidity Notes, the expected maturity date of such Class, which date shall be between 1 and 180 days from the date of issuance of such Class, as set forth in the related instructions from the Issuer Agent delivered in accordance with Section 4 of the Depositary Agreement.
Expected Maturity means the business day immediately following the Expiration Date.

More Definitions of Expected Maturity

Expected Maturity means, in respect of a Reference Obligation, the expected maturity date of that Reference Obligation as at the date that Reference Obligation is issued as determined by the Swap Calculation Agent.
