Expected IRR definition

Expected IRR means, with respect to any Policy, the expected internal rate of return on the Purchase Price of such Policy to the Life Expectancy of the related Insured, as determined by the Master Servicer as of the date on which such Policy was acquired by the Borrower in accordance with customary industry practice and based on procedures and assumptions satisfactory to the Agent; provided that if the Agent in good faith disagrees with such calculation, then the Agent may, in its discretion, re-calculate the Expected IRR, and such re-calculation by the Agent shall be conclusive and binding absent manifest error.

  • For purposes of calculating the Value of a Policy, the discount rate used to calculate the present value of the Net Death Benefit under the Policy shall be equal to the Expected IRR of such Policy.

  • Expected Distributions means, with respect to the Certificates of any Trust on any Current Distribution Date, the difference between (A) the Pool Balance of such Certificates as of the immediately preceding Distribution Date (or, if the Current Distribution Date is the first Distribution Date after the date of issuance of such Certificates, the original aggregate face amount of the Certificates of such Trust) and (B) the Pool Balance of such Certificates as of the Current Distribution Date calculated on the basis that (i) the principal of any Non-Performing Equipment Notes held in such Trust has been paid in full and such payments have been distributed to the holders of such Certificates, (ii) the principal of any Performing Equipment Notes held in such Trust has been paid when due (whether at stated maturity or upon prepayment or purchase or otherwise, but without giving effect to any Acceleration of Performing Equipment Notes) and such payments have been distributed to the holders of such Certificates and (iii) the principal of any Equipment Notes formerly held in such Trust that have been sold pursuant to the terms hereof has been paid in full and such payments have been distributed to the holders of such Certificates. For purposes of calculating Expected Distributions with respect to the Certificates of any Trust, any Premium paid on the Equipment Notes held in such Trust which has not been distributed to the Certificateholders of such Trust (other than such Premium or a portion thereof applied to the payment of interest in respect of the Certificates of such Trust or the reduction of the Pool Balance of such Trust) shall be added to the amount of such Expected Distributions.

  • Expected Final Payment Date means the September 2021 Distribution Date.

  • Expected Principal Payment Date means April 15, 2010.

  • Projected Recovery Amount means, as of the Termination Date, the aggregate amount of subsequent recoveries, net of expenses and credits, projected to be received on the Reference Pool, calculated based on a formula to be derived by Fannie Mae from the actual net recovery experience for the Reference Pool during the 30-month period immediately preceding the Termination Date, plus any additional amount determined by Fannie Mae in its sole discretion to be appropriate for purposes of the foregoing projection in light of then-current market conditions. Information regarding the formula and results of the related calculations will be provided to Holders through Payment Date statements in advance of the Termination Date. In the absence of manifest error, Fannie Mae's determination of the Projected Recovery Amount will be final.

  • Deferred Net Cash Proceeds Payment Date shall have the meaning provided such term in the definition of Net Cash Proceeds.
