In the event that the aforesaid notice is not delivered to the Licensee by the Licensor, the Commencement Date in respect of the Licensee's Business located in or about this Club shall be the Currently Expected Commencement Date.
As at the date of execution of this Licence Schedule the Commencement Date in respect of the Licensee's Business located in or about this Club is expected to be October 30, 2003 (the "Currently Expected Commencement Date").
