Expats definition

Expats. Individuals residing outside of their home country for more than 30 days.
Expats any and all employees of the Seller that are employed by any member of the Target Group from time to time by way of a secondment agreement or any other service agreement, which, as at the date of this Deed, are the persons listed in Schedule 8 (the Expat Schedule) (it being understood that an updated version of the Expat Schedule shall be delivered by the Seller to the Purchaser at Completion); "Expat Service Agreements" any and all secondment agreements or any other service agreements pursuant to which an Expat is employed by or provides its services to a member of the Target Group, as in force prior to Completion; "Fairly Disclosed" that the Seller has fairly disclosed information with sufficient details as to enable the Purchaser to identify the nature and scope of the matters disclosed and to make an assessment of the nature and scope of the matters so disclosed;
Expats has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7(e).
