Expanding Facility definition
Expanding Facility means an Existing Facility that has applied for a permit to allow an Expansion.
Expanding Facility means a facility that applies to increase the registered design capacity;
Expanding Facility means a Permittee or an entity that is increasing its design flow capacity after the date of issuance of this Permit.
