Expanded Services. A covered service provided by the Contractor which is currently a non-covered service(s) by the SC State SCHIP Plan or is an additional covered service furnished by the Contractor to members for which the Contractor receives no additional capitated payment, and is offered to members in accordance with the standards and other requirements set forth in this Contract.

Expanded Services means providing services to additional students or subpopulations, or providing additional interventions for specific health conditions, such as asthma, diabetes or obesity.

Expanded Services — Any Medically Necessary service, covered under Title XIX of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. 1396 et seq., but not included in the State’s Medicaid Plan, which is provided to Members.

The Health Plan may offer Expanded Services, as described in Section V, Covered Services to Enrollees, in addition to the required services and Quality Enhancements.

More Definitions of Expanded Services

Expanded Services means the change, modification, or additional services to be provided by Vendor as set out in the Services Change Request, or as otherwise agreed to by Vendor and MTCC in accordance with this Section 7.1.
