Expanded Basic Cable Service definition

Expanded Basic Cable Service means video programming service that includes premiercast® level of services, as described on Schedule 5.19(b). “Expiration Date” is defined in Section 15.1(a).
Expanded Basic Cable Service means all video programming packages that consist entirely of Video Programming Networks delivered in analog form (or capable of being delivered in analog form in the case of digital simulcast), excluding the mandatory basic tier containing over-the-air broadcast stations.
