Exit Value Amount definition
Exit Value Amount means the amount equal to the excess of (i) the Final Equity Value over (ii) Initial Equity Value.

Related to Exit Value Amount
Hurdle Amount means for the applicable period, an amount equal to 5.0% of the Beginning VPU.
M&O Amount means the revenue protection payment required as part of this Agreement as set out in TEXAS EDUCATION CODE Section 48.256(d) and shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.
Issuance Amount means the aggregate Sales Price of the Shares to be sold by the Agent pursuant to any Issuance Notice.
Minimum Cash Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(iv).
Maximum Undrawn Amount means with respect to any outstanding Letter of Credit, the amount of such Letter of Credit that is or may become available to be drawn, including all automatic increases provided for in such Letter of Credit, whether or not any such automatic increase has become effective.
