Exit Traffic definition

Exit Traffic means the traffic that an Affiliate brings via an exit window, when Customers leave a Site (using the Affiliate’s unique Tracker);
Exit Traffic means the traffic that You bring via an exit window, when Users leave a Site (using your unique Tracker).
Exit Traffic is defined as the number of visitors redirected by Nettaxi, which were generated by means of the JavaScript Unload Event. These events are generated when a visitor clicks the back button; reload button or any of the browser exit buttons. The ad server's redirects the visitor to the Client Site of the Company.

Examples of Exit Traffic in a sentence

  • Exit Traffic will be considered as regular traffic for the purpose of calculating your Revenue Commission (if applicable).

  • Nettaxi hereby agrees to send from its Site, Exit Traffic, as ---- such term is defined below, to sites represented by the Company.

  • The Company agrees pay for consoles of Exit Traffic launched to the Client Sites One Half Cents ($.005) per console redirect.

  • Nettaxi shall use its best efforts to assist ----------------------- the Company to send the agreed upon Exit Traffic to the Client Sites as well as fulfilling on any other of Nettaxi obligations under this Agreement.

Related to Exit Traffic

  • Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.

  • Exit Point means a border control post or any other place designated by a Member State where animals, falling within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 1/2005, leave the customs territory of the Union;

  • Transit Traffic MOUs means all Transit Traffic minutes of use to be billed at the Transit Traffic rate by AT&T-TSP.

  • Exit Load means Load on repurchase/Redemption of Units.

  • Transit Traffic Service is an optional switching and intermediate transport service provided by AT&T-TSP for Transit Traffic between CLEC and a Third Party Originating or Terminating Carrier, where CLEC is directly interconnected with an AT&T-TSP Tandem.
