Exit Rate definition

Exit Rate means a percentage expected to be approximately 15 per cent. and which will not be less than 11 per cent. as determined by the Issuer on 20 December 2018 after the end of the Offer Period. Examples of Exit Rate in a sentence

  • For purposes only of (i) this Article XIII, and (ii) the definition of Applicable Exit Rate Percentage set forth in Section 1.1 hereof, the term “Credit Suisse” shall also include any Affiliate of Credit Suisse.

Related to Exit Rate

  • Unit Rate means as set out in the Quotation Document;

  • Increased Rate means, with respect to any Increased Rate Period for a Series of RVMTP Shares, the Index Rate for such Increased Rate Period plus an Applicable Spread of 5.92%.

  • Profit Rate means the profit rate payable from time to time in respect of the Certificates and that is either specified in the applicable Final Terms or calculated or determined in accordance with the provisions hereof;

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.

  • Revised Rate With respect to any ARD Mortgage Loan, the increased interest rate after the Anticipated Repayment Date (in the absence of a default) for such ARD Mortgage Loan, as calculated and as set forth in the related Loan Agreement.
