Exit Phase definition

Exit Phase means the period commencing on the date a notice to terminate this Agreement is served pursuant to Clause 14 and ending on the completion of the replacement of services by (a) Successor Operator(s).
Exit Phase has the meaning given to it in paragraph 2.1 of Schedule 6;
Exit Phase means a period commencing from the earliest of any of the following events: (i) three (3) months before expiry of this Contract; or (ii) from the date of any notice to terminate this Contract or any part of this Contract and continuing for a period of three (3) months or as agreed by both Parties; or (iii) from the date of any agreement to reduce the Quantity Required other than by reason of a Emergency Authorised Release and continuing for a period of three (3) months or as agreed by both Parties;

  • The form shall allow for recording of the inventory of property in the Exit Phase and shall have a place to record the date, place, and time, and signatures of both the technician, (or lead technician), and the In-Custody operational personnel.
