Exit Notice definition

Exit Notice means a notice provided to the Company by an Exiting Customer that indicates the Exiting Customer no longer wishes to participate in the Program, and that also includes the Exiting Customer’s name, account number, service address, and the telephone number associated with the account.

Examples of Exit Notice in a sentence

  • The Exit Notice shall contain a computation of the Exercise Price and provide details of the bank account to which the Exercise Price shall be paid.

  • The Exit Notice shall include relevant information on the process and be accompanied by a form of exercise notice (the "Exercise Notice") together with any supplementary undertakings as may be required by the Company at its discretion (for instance adherence documentation to a share sale and purchase agreement or similar undertakings to transfer the shares subscribed for by exercise of the Warrants) to be signed by the Warrantee (the "Supplementary Undertakings").
