Exit Facility Collateral definition

Exit Facility Collateral means the aggregate of all of the DIP Collateral and the Prepetition Lenders Secured Claim Collateral.

More Definitions of Exit Facility Collateral

Exit Facility Collateral means the tangible and intangible property, assets and interests of New Mirant and its direct and indirect subsidiaries that will be pledged to and for the benefit of the Mirant Exit Lenders to secure payment of the obligations under the Exit Facility, as such property, assets and interests are identified and as set forth in the Exit Facility Documents.
Exit Facility Collateral means the collateral securing the Obligations under the Exit Facility Credit Agreement, consisting of substantially all of the assets of Reorganized McLeodUSA and its subsidiaries.
