Existing Service Contract definition

Existing Service Contract means (a) any Significant Service Contract existing on the Restatement Effective Date and described on Schedule 3.24, (b) the Material Service Contract, and (c) any other Service Contract existing on the Restatement Effective Date (in each case other than the type described in clauses (a) or (b) above of this definition), in each case together with any renewal or extension of any Service Contract described under clauses (a), (b) or (c) of this definition.
Existing Service Contract means any contract between the Operator and TfNSW (or a previous Governmental Agency) for the performance of Bus services, entered into before the commencement of this Contract. Fare means the price payable for a Ticket.
Existing Service Contract means any Service Contract executed and in force as of the Effective Time in accordance with the Existing Master Agreement.
