Notwithstanding any provision hereof to the contrary, the rights and remedies of the Trustee with respect to any Collateral subject to a Senior Lien or an Existing Senior Lien shall be subject to the terms of any subordination agreement with respect thereto executed and delivered in accordance with Section 2.06.
