Existing Second Secured Notes Documents definition
Existing Second Secured Notes Documents means the indentures under which the Existing Second Secured Notes are issued and all other instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing or governing the Existing Second Secured Notes or providing for any security, guarantee or other right in respect thereof.
