Existing Second Lien Notes Indentures definition

Existing Second Lien Notes Indentures means the Existing Second Lien 5.50% 2022 Notes Indenture, the Existing Second Lien 6.00% 2022 Notes Indenture, the Existing Second Lien 2023 Notes Indenture and the Existing Second Lien 2026 Notes Indenture.
Existing Second Lien Notes Indentures means (a) that certain indenture, dated as of November 25, 2020 (as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time) by and among the Issuer, as issuer, and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee and collateral agent, pursuant to which the Issuer issued the Existing Second Lien Notes and (b) that certain indenture, dated as of April 30, 2021 (as amended, restated, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time) by and among the Issuer, as issuer, and Wilmington Trust, National Association, as trustee and collateral agent, pursuant to which the Issuer issued the Takeback Notes.
Existing Second Lien Notes Indentures means (i) the indenture among the Issuer, Hexion Nova Scotia Finance, ULC, Holdings, Wilmington Trust Company, as trustee, and the other parties thereto dated November 3, 2006 with respect to the Existing Second Lien Notes due 2014 and (ii) the indenture among the Issuer, Hexion Nova Scotia Finance, ULC, Holdings, Wilmington Trust Company, as trustee, and the other parties thereto dated November 5, 2010 with respect to the Existing Second Lien Notes due 2020, in each case as it may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof.
