Existing Second Lien 2023 Notes Indenture means the Indenture dated as of June 5, 2015 among ▇▇▇▇▇ and certain of its subsidiaries party thereto and the trustee named therein from time to time, as in effect on the Effective Date and as amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with the requirements thereof and of this Agreement.
