Existing Schemes definition
Existing Schemes means the Red-M 2000 stock plan adopted by a resolution of the board dated 31st May 2000 and the Red-M 2000 California stock plan adopted by a resolution of the Board dated 31st May 2000;
Existing Schemes means, for the purposes of Part IV of this Paper: (a) collective investment schemes which have been authorized by the Commission prior to the Effective Date and remain authorized on that date; and (b) collective investment schemes for which applications for authorization were submitted to the Commission before the Effective Date, but which are authorized on or after the Effective Date.
