Existing Schemes definition

Existing Schemes means the Red-M 2000 stock plan adopted by a resolution of the board dated 31st May 2000 and the Red-M 2000 California stock plan adopted by a resolution of the Board dated 31st May 2000;
Existing Schemes means (i) ILAS which have been authorised by the Commission prior to the Effective Date and remain authorized on that date and (ii) ILAS for which applications for authorization were submitted to the Commission before the Effective Date, but are authorized on or after the Effective Date.
Existing Schemes means, for the purposes of Part IV of this Paper: (a) collective investment schemes which have been authorized by the Commission prior to the Effective Date and remain authorized on that date; and (b) collective investment schemes for which applications for authorization were submitted to the Commission before the Effective Date, but which are authorized on or after the Effective Date.
