Existing Providers definition

Existing Providers means an owner or operator of a continuing care retirement community established prior to January 1, 1990, which community has one or more residents living there pursuant to residency agreements entered into prior to January 1, 1990.

  • Third Party Providers or “TPPs” means any payment service provider that provides payment services to you or someone else that concerns the Account, for example, an AISP (described in Clause 1(c) below).

  • Service Provider Personnel means and refers to Service Provider employees or subcontractors hired and maintained to perform Services hereunder.

  • Local Service Provider (LSP means the LEC that provides retail local Exchange Service to an End User. The LSP may or may not provide any physical network components to support the provision of that End User’s service.

  • Medicaid Provider Agreement means an agreement entered into between a state agency or other such entity administering the Medicaid program and a health care provider or supplier under which the health care provider or supplier agrees to provide services for Medicaid patients in accordance with the terms of the agreement and Medicaid Regulations.

  • Access Provider in this RAO means the Access Provider stated in the cover of this RAO who owns or provides the Access Service listed in the Access List and who is a Licensee as defined in the Act.

  • Replacement Service Provider means any third party service provider appointed to perform the Services by the Purchaser from time to time.

  • Service Provider Materials means all works of authorship, products and materials [including, but not limited to, data, diagrams, charts, reports, specifications, studies, inventions, software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques] owned by, or licensed to, the Service Provider prior to the Commencement Date or independently developed by the Service Provider outside the scope of this Agreement at no expense to Transnet, and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • Nonparticipating provider means a person, health care provider, practitioner, facility, or entity, acting within their scope of practice, that does not have a written contract to participate in a managed health care system's provider net- work, but provides health care services to enrollees of pro- grams authorized under this chapter or other applicable law whose health care services are provided by the managed health care system.

  • New Provider means any replacement service provider or providers engaged to provide the Services (or part thereof) or substantially similar services or the Authority itself where the Services or substantially similar services or part thereof continue to be provided by the Authority after partial termination, termination or expiry of this Contract;

  • Non-Plan Provider means a Provider that does not meet the definition of Plan Provider unless otherwise specified in the definition of a particular Provider.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Professional Provider means a Physician, Dentist, Podiatrist, Psychologist, Chiropractor, Optometrist or any Provider designated by the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan.

  • Current Service Provider means the Party from which an End User Customer is planning to switch its local Exchange Service or the Party from which an End User Customer is planning to port its telephone number(s). "Custom Calling Features" comprise a group of features provided via a Central Office Switch without the need for special Customer Premises Equipment. Features include, but are not limited to, call waiting, 3-way calling, abbreviated dialing (speed calling), call forwarding, and series completing (busy or no answer).

  • Contracting Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.14.

  • Provider agreement means the signed, written, contractual agreement between the department and the provider of services or goods.
