Existing Project Facilities definition

Existing Project Facilities means collectively the facilities set out in Schedule D to be constructed, renovated or modified by the Concessionaire in accordance with the Construction Requirements, for implementing the Project in accordance with this Agreement.
Existing Project Facilities means all the existing amenities and facilities such as water supply, transmission, treatment, storage, and distribution system used for providing the water supply services in the Service Area on the Effective Date and forming part of Schedule I of the Agreement;
Existing Project Facilities means the set forth in the Contract;

Examples of Existing Project Facilities in a sentence

  • The existing power connections for the Existing Project Facilities will, to the extent required, be maintained at the relevant Effective Service Area by the Authority for the Project Period.

  • The Construction Requirements for the Existing Project Facilities as defined in the Concession Agreement have been specified in this schedule.

  • Without prejudice and subject to the Concession, the ownership of the Existing Project Facilities, including all modifications, renovations and improvements made therein by the Concessionaire, shall at all times remain that of MCD.

  • The Operator shall bear and pay the cost of all power, water, and other utilities consumed by it for the rehabilitation of Existing Project Facilities during the Transition Period, and the Operator shall not be entitled to claim any reimbursement from the Authority in this regard.

  • It is clarified that there will be no enhancement of the number or sanctioned load of power connections of Authority, which are already in place for the relevant Existing Project Facilities.

  • The Authority shall also be responsible for repairing the Existing Project Facilities during such period.

  • In accordance with the Advance Procurement Plan, the Concessionaire shall procure at its sole cost and expense and maintain in a time bound manner any inventory of material that may be required for operation and maintenance of the Existing Project Facilities during the Preliminary Operation Period and the Initial Operation Period.

Existing Project Facilities means collectively the facilities set out in Schedule D 1, D 2, D 3 and D 4, for the City Zone, Sadar Paharganj Zone, ▇▇▇▇▇ Bagh Zone and Narela Zone respectively, to be constructed, renovated or modified by the Concessionaire in accordance with the Construction Requirements, for implementing the Project in accordance with this Agreement.
Existing Project Facilities means collectively the facilities set out as Existing Project Facilities in Schedule A.
