Existing Prices definition

Existing Prices means the prices for energy and capacity set forth in the Power Purchase Agreements, as applicable.

  • Energy generated by the Facility, and capacity attributable to the Facility, will be delivered by NEA to the Utilities at the Interim Period Delivery Points and will be purchased by the Utilities at the Existing Prices and paid for by the Utilities in accordance with the terms of the Power Purchase Agreements.

Related to Existing Prices

  • Current Prices means the prices for the specified materials prevailing on any date subsequent to the date 28 days prior to the latest date set for the submission of the Tenders, by reason of any National or State Statute or Ordinance,

  • Market prices means current prices that are established in the course of ordinary trade between buyers and sellers free to bargain and that can be substantiated through competition or from sources independent of the offerors.

  • Starting Price has the meaning set forth in Section 9.01(i)(ii).

  • Basic Prices means the prices for the specified materials prevailing on the date 28 days prior to the latest date for submission of Tenders.

  • Day-ahead Prices means the Locational Marginal Prices resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.
