Existing Prices definition
Existing Prices means the prices for energy and capacity set forth in the Power Purchase Agreements, as applicable.
Examples of Existing Prices in a sentence
Energy generated by the Facility, and capacity attributable to the Facility, will be delivered by NEA to the Utilities at the Interim Period Delivery Points and will be purchased by the Utilities at the Existing Prices and paid for by the Utilities in accordance with the terms of the Power Purchase Agreements.
