Existing Pollution definition

Existing Pollution means the Pollution of the Lands, if any, disclosed by the Audit;
Existing Pollution means Pollution of the Land or Building which has not been caused by the Tenant;

  • In rendering the opinion set forth in paragraph 1 above, we have assumed that the letters of credit to be issued under the Agreement will be solely to support the Borrower’s obligations with respect to the Existing Pollution Control Bonds.

  • Air pollution means the presence in the outdoor atmosphere of one or more substances which are or may be harmful or injurious to human health, welfare or safety; to animal or plant life; or to property; or which unreasonably interfere with the enjoyment by the people of life or property.

  • Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan or "SWPPP" means a document that is prepared in accordance with good engineering practices and that identifies potential sources of pollutants that may reasonably be expected to affect the quality of stormwater discharges from the construction site, and otherwise meets the requirements of this Ordinance. In addition the document shall identify and require the implementation of control measures, and shall include, but not be limited to the inclusion of, or the incorporation by reference of, an approved erosion and sediment control plan, an approved stormwater management plan, and a pollution prevention plan.

  • Water pollution means the unpermitted release of sediment from disturbed areas, solid waste or waste-derived constituents, or leachate to the waters of the state.

  • Environmental pollution means the contaminating or rendering unclean or impure the air, land or waters of the state, or making the same injurious to public health, harmful for commer- cial or recreational use, or deleterious to fish, bird, animal or plant life.

  • Pollution means pollution or contamination of the atmosphere or of any water land or other tangible property;
