Existing Permitted Uses definition

Existing Permitted Uses means Consumptive Use of Groundwater in the Snake Valley Groundwater Basin pursuant to water rights granted or recognized by the State Engineers of Utah and Nevada as of the date of this Agreement, and Utah water right numbers 18-51, 18-59, 18-66, 18-215, and 18-331 for water rights at the Fish Springs National Wildlife Refuge.

  • Building Permit means a permit for the construction of one or more Units, issued by the City, or other public agency in the event the City no longer issues said permits for the construction of Units within CFD No. 11.
