Except as specifically provided herein, this Agreement shall not otherwise affect any of the terms of the Limited Partnership Agreement or the Existing Partner Agreements.
The Parties acknowledge and agree that any amendments to the economic or technical terms of this Agreement, or the scope of the Facility, require PREB approval.

All other Restrictive Covenants under Section 3(f) of the Existing Partner Agreement, including without limitation, the restrictions regarding non-solicitation in Section 2.13 of the Limited Partnership Agreement, will continue to apply by their terms.
