Licensee and its Subsidiaries shall comply in all material respects with all applicable laws and regulations in the manufacture, sale, distribution and marketing of the Licensee Business Products, Existing Packaging, New Packaging, Existing Marketing and Promotional Material, and New Marketing and Promotional Material bearing the Licensed Trademark, the Stylized M▇▇▇ or the Licensed Trade Name, and Licensee and its Subsidiaries shall use all legends, notices, and markings as required by applicable law.
