Existing Overdraft Facilities means the overdraft facilities and lines of credit of certain Foreign Subsidiaries of the Borrower existing on the Initial Borrowing Date and as listed on Part B of Schedule IV hereto, in each case in the committed amount set forth opposite such overdraft facility or line of credit on said Part B of Schedule IV.
