Existing Offer definition

Existing Offer has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Existing Offer shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Proposed Amendments means all specific proposals to amend the Tax Act that have been publicly announced by or on behalf of the Minister of Finance (Canada) prior to the date hereof;

  • Extension Offer has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(a).

  • Repurchase Offer means an offer made by the Company to purchase all or any portion of a Holder’s Securities pursuant to Section 4.10 or 4.13 hereof.
