Existing JVs means, collectively, the German Joint Venture and the Illinois Joint Venture.
Existing JVs means, as applicable, the OC Existing JVs and/or the SG Existing JVs.
Existing JVs means collectively, MHIL, CNC, N2000 and OMC.
