Existing ISDA definition
Existing ISDA means the 2002 ISDA Master Agreement, dated February 13, 2018 by and among the Debtors and J. Aron & Company LLC.
Existing ISDA means that certain ISDA Master Agreement dated as of October 18, 2006 by and between Wachovia Bank, National Association and the Parent, the Lead Borrower, Moorestown Finance, Inc., ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Assets, Inc. and Urban Renewal, as amended from time to time.
