Existing Interests Equity Allocation definition
Existing Interests Equity Allocation means New Common Shares in an amount equal to 3% of all New Common Shares, subject to dilution by the New Common Shares to be issued in connection with the MIP Equity, the Backstop Commitment Premium, any Equity Rights Offering Shares, and the exercise of the New Warrants.
