Existing Facility Maturity Date definition
Existing Facility Maturity Date means the earlier to occur of (a) November 17, 2021 and (b) if the 2021 Senior Notes are not refinanced or repaid in full prior to the date that is 180 days prior to the stated maturity date of the 2021 Senior Notes, such date.
Existing Facility Maturity Date means the earliest to occur of (a) the fifth anniversary of the date of this Agreement, (b) if the 2021 Senior Notes are not refinanced or repaid in full prior to the date that is 180 days prior to the stated maturity date of the 2021 Senior Notes, such date, and (c) if the Term B Loans are not refinanced or repaid in full prior to August 6, 2021, such date.
Existing Facility Maturity Date means April 30, 2018.
