Existing Exposure definition

Existing Exposure means as to any Bank, at any time, an amount equal to the sum of the aggregate principal amount of Tranche A Loans and Tranche B Loans made by such Bank then outstanding.
Existing Exposure means, in relation to an Original Creditor, the amount set out in Section A of Part II (The Original Creditors) of Schedule 1 (The Original Parties).
