EXISTING ENFORCEMENT means the two litigations pending as of the Effective Date between (i) the Company and Qualcomm, Inc. (Case No. 2014-1612) and (ii) the Company and Qualcomm, Inc., et al. (Case No. 6:14-cb-00687).
