Existing encroachment definition
Existing encroachment means any encroachment or improvement installed or constructed before the effective date of Huntington Beach Local Coastal Program Amendment LCP-5-HNB-16-0003-1 (Sunset Beach Specific Plan) for which a valid coastal development permit exists.
Existing encroachment means any encroachment lawfully in existence at the date of coming into operation of Chapter III;
