Existing Commercial Paper Program definition

Existing Commercial Paper Program means the Company’s commercial paper program, pursuant to which it may issue unsecured notes in a maximum aggregate face amount of $2.5 billion outstanding at any time, with maturities up to 365 days from the date of issuance.
Existing Commercial Paper Program means the Borrower’s commercial paper program with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. as in effect immediately prior to the Closing Date.
Existing Commercial Paper Program means that program established pursuant to City Ordinance 2004-884-E, as supplemented and amended.
