Pursuant to the Mortgage Loan documents, the Mortgagor is required to use diligent and continuous efforts to cause the Existing Code Violations to be cured and removed from record.
The Mortgage Loan documents require the Mortgagor to provide written evidence to the Mortgagee within six months of origination that the Existing Code Violations have been remedied with such timeframe, subject to an extension of up to six additional months if the Mortgagor is diligently pursuing and the delay is caused by the applicable governmental authority.
The Mortgage Loan documents are recourse to the Mortgagor and the related guarantor for any losses suffered by the lender resulting from the Existing Code Violations.
