Existing ABL Agent definition

Existing ABL Agent means Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as administrative agent and collateral agent for the lenders party to the Existing ABL Facility.

Existing ABL Agent has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition of “Existing ABL Credit Facility” herein.
