A waiver by Exinity Affiliates of a breach of any of the terms of this Agreement or of default under these terms does not constitute a waiver of any other breach or default and shall not affect the other terms.
Exinity Affiliates shall have the right to deduct this remaining balance and use it for charity purposes at its absolute discretion.
