Exhibitor or Sponsor definition

Exhibitor or Sponsor means any person, firm or organization allocated a space by the Organisers in the above-said congress, or with a confirmed sponsorship as outlined in this document. «Co- exhibitor» shall mean any person, firm or organization exhibiting their own products or services on the stand space of an Exhibitor.

  • Client, Exhibitor or Sponsor: the person or company that has agreed to exhibit or sponsor an Event organised by the Company, or commissions or agrees to commission a Private Dining Event by the Company, or commissions or agrees to commission a Video project by the Company, or commissions or agrees to commission an advertisement in or sponsorship of a Publication.

  • If, for any reason, the exhibition is not held as proposed, CDHA, shall be in no way whatsoever liable to the Exhibitor or Sponsor other than to return to the Exhibitor or Sponsor, without interest, all monies received from said Exhibitor or Sponsor less any legitimate expenses on a pro rata basis of costs associated with the preparation of facilities, services, promotion and publicity directly related to the Exhibitor/Sponsor.

  • AIChE shall not be responsible for loss or damage to displays or goods belonging to Exhibitor or Sponsor.

  • Clause 1: Participant (Exhibitor or Sponsor Company) is required to send the signed application form and make the related payment to KENES GROUP (Organizing Secretariat) in order to be an exhibitor or sponsor in the mentioned organization.

  • During all periods, security of exhibits, stands and furniture is wholly the responsibility of the Exhibitor or Sponsor, his agent or contractor and the Secretariat, its directors, trustees, offices, employees, agents and representations shall not be responsible for any losses, damages to property or injuries to person incurred.

  • Exhibitors and sponsors will receive the quantity of complimentary full conference registrations, as defined in the respective Exhibitor or Sponsor Applications.

  • Non-Lead Sponsor means, with respect to any Non-Lead Note, the related Holder that acts as the sponsor with respect to such Non-Lead Note in connection with the related Non-Lead Securitization.

  • Solicitation of a romantic relationship means deliberate or repeated acts that can be reasonably interpreted as the solicitation by an educator of a relationship with a student that is romantic in nature. A romantic relationship is often characterized by a strong emotional or sexual attachment and/or patterns of exclusivity, but does not include appropriate educator-student relationships that arise out of legitimate contexts such as familial connections or longtime acquaintance. The following acts, considered in context, may constitute prima facie evidence of the solicitation by an educator of a romantic relationship with a student:

  • Licensed health care provider means a physician, physician assistant, chiropractor, advanced registered nurse practitioner, nurse, physical therapist, or athletic trainer licensed by a board.

  • Surgery or Surgical Procedure means manual and / or operative procedure (s) required for treatment of an illness or injury, correction of deformities and defects, diagnosis and cure of diseases, relief from suffering and prolongation of life, performed in a hospital or day care centre by a medical practitioner.

  • Participating Prosthetic Provider means a Prosthetic Provider who has a written agreement with the Claim Administrator or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Qualified Medical Child Support Order means a Medical Child Support Order which creates (including assignment of rights) or recognizes an Alternate Recipient's right to receive benefits to which a Participant or Qualified Beneficiary is eligible under this Plan, and has been determined by the Plan Administrator to meet the qualification requirements as outlined under “Procedures” of this provision.
