Exhibition Site definition

Exhibition Site means the venue as described in the booking information;
Exhibition Site means The National Exhibition Centre (NEC) and includes any part of it and any alteration or addition to it or replacement of it including but not limited to the hall, room or other buildings wherein the Exhibition will be held as referred to on the Exhibition Space Contract.
Exhibition Site means either a site, a booth or space within the exhibition venue an Exhibitor has booked or is allocated. “Organiser” means the Water Industry Operators Association of Australia (WIOA). ABN 83 123 468 422.

  • In addition, the contractor is also liable for doing such works to restore and hand over the Exhibition Site to the Exhibition Authority at his own cost after the closer of Exhibition not later than the stipulated days mentioned above.

  • Without limitation the Exhibitor shall indemnify the Organiser in respect of any liability in respect of any damage to the Exhibition Site arising from use thereof by the Exhibitor, their servants or agents.

  • At the end of the Event all Exhibitors must ensure that their stand is cleared, all rubbish removed and that the Exhibition Site is left in a clean and orderly state.

  • Without prejudice to the provisions of clause 4.1, the Exhibitor accepts that it may be necessary for the Organiser to request the Exhibitor to move and/or remove any item in connection with the Exhibition Site, including the removal of vehicles, boxes, packaging materials etc.

  • Exhibition Space means any space in the Exhibition Centre licensed to the Exhibitor by the Organisers for the purpose of the Exhibition under these Terms and Conditions and shall include shell (ready stand) spaces and nonshell (raw) spaces.

  • Transit Traffic means traffic originating on CLEC’s network that is switched and transported by AT&T-TSP and delivered to a Third Party Terminating Carrier’s network or traffic from a Third Party Originating Carrier’s network. A call that is originated or terminated by a CLEC purchasing local switching pursuant to a commercial agreement with AT&T-TSP is not considered Transit Traffic for the purposes of this Attachment. Additionally Transit Traffic does not include traffic to/from IXCs.

  • Customer Specific Training means a private Course organized on demand specifically for Customer.

  • Data Center(s) means the site or sites at which the Software will be hosted to provide the Authorized Services to Customers. Such site or sites shall at all times be owned or controlled by the Provider.

  • Host At Destination means the person with whom the Insured is sharing prearranged overnight accommodations in the host's home.
