Exhibition Match definition

Exhibition Match means any boxing competition organized by a Franchise from time to time during the Competition Year involving a Squad and which is not a Regular Season or Play-Off Match but follows the same rules as a Match;
Exhibition Match means a match played which does not count in league standings or in cup competition;
Exhibition Match means a Match conducted under the auspices of AFL to promote the AFL or the game of Australian Football. First Year Draft Choice Player means a Player who is listed on the Primary List of an AFL Club who has not previously been:

  • Such request must be submitted at least one (1) month prior to the Exhibition Match.

  • Any Boxer participating in any Match or Exhibition Match must be a member of a recognized AIBA National Federation.

  • Exhibition Space means any space in the Exhibition Centre licensed to the Exhibitor by the Organisers for the purpose of the Exhibition under these Terms and Conditions and shall include shell (ready stand) spaces and nonshell (raw) spaces.

  • Labeled or “Labeling” means all labels and other written, printed or graphic matter upon (i) any packaging, container or wrapper used with the Product, or (ii) any written material accompanying the Product, including package inserts; or, as the context requires, the act of applying and/or using the same.

  • Exhibitor s Manual” shall mean the manual supplied by the Organisers to the Exhibitor which contains information relating to the Exhibition and the Exhibition Space and other matters (as amended from time to time).

  • Distribution Margin means the margin which the IPTV Operator is entitled for the purpose of distribution of pay Zee Group Channels or bouquet of pay Zee Group Channels, as the case may be.

  • Company Matching Account means (i) the sum of all of a Participant's Annual Company Matching Amounts, plus (ii) amounts credited in accordance with all the applicable crediting provisions of this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account, less (iii) all distributions made to the Participant or his or her Beneficiary pursuant to this Plan that relate to the Participant's Company Matching Account.

  • Non-Administrator Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility means a Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility that does not meet the definition of an Administrator Substance Use Disorder Treatment Facility.

  • RN means Registered Nurse.

  • CMSA Collateral Summary File means the report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Collateral Summary File" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
