Examples of Exhibition Booth in a sentence

  • All booth fittings exceeding 16 feet 6 inches in height must be set back 4 feet from the open perimeter of the Exhibition Booth.

  • Exhibition Space shall mean any Exhibition Booth, display or other area defined in the Contract.

  • The organizer is allowed to cancel this agreement if not at least 5 exhibitors sign up to the Eclipse- Shared Exhibition Booth until December 20th, 2015.

  • Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, regardless of the date of cancellation or reduction in size of Exhibition Booth, unless IMEX America Ltd cancels the Contract or reduces the size of the Exhibitor’s Booth, for reasons other than nonpayment by the Exhibitor.

  • The Organiser shall reserve the right to change the Exhibition Booth allocated to the Exhibitor a tany time prior to the commencement of the built-up of the Exhibition Booth should exceptional circumstances demand and to alter the size and dimensions of the Exhibition Booth, to transfer or close entrances and exits to the Exhibition Hall and to under take other structural alterations as the Organiser deems fit.

  • IMEX America Ltd will be entitled to retain or collect 100% of the Exhibitor’s total Contract obligation if the Exhibitor cancels or reduces the size of their Exhibition Booth.
