Exhibit Management definition

Exhibit Management means Corporate Events, LLC 'Exhibitor' means the person or firm on whose behalf booth space is rented. 'Landlord' means the Nashville Convention Center. 'Exhibitor Service' means any official supporter so named by the exhibit managers to act in the capacity.

  • The responsibility of Exhibit Management to Exhibitor does not extend beyond such endeavours.

  • However, Exhibit Management retains the exclusive right to revise the exhibition floor plan and/or move assigned exhibitors as necessary.

  • A space may be revoked or changed by Exhibit Management at any time if payment is not in accordance with the payment schedule.

  • Exhibit Management reserves the right to deny access to or eject any person whose behaviour becomes objectionable.
