Exhibit 56.1 means the exhibit attached hereto, hereby made a part hereof and marked "Exhibit 56.1" and entitled "Initial Post Construction Baseline Investigation".
Exhibit 56.1 shall have the meaning given such term in paragraph (a) of Section 56 hereof.
