Exercising definition

Exercising the blinds will correct this issue. To exercise your blinds:
Exercising your share option means that you have advised us that you want to purchase some or all of the shares available under the vested option award granted to you, at the exercise price per share and acquire the resulting shares.

Examples of Exercising in a sentence

  • At the expiration of such twenty (20) day period, the Company shall promptly notify each Major Investor that elects to purchase or acquire all the shares available to it (each, a “Fully Exercising Investor”) of any other Major Investor’s failure to do likewise.

  • At the expiration of such twenty (20) day period, the Company shall promptly notify each Investor that elects to purchase or acquire all the shares available to it (each, a “Fully Exercising Investor”) of any other Investor’s failure to do likewise.

  • Exercising an Option in any manner shall decrease the number of Shares thereafter available, both for purposes of the Plan and for sale under the Option, by the number of Shares as to which the Option is exercised.
