EXERCISE OF. PUT" OPTION. An Employee Stockholder may exercise his "put" option under SECTION 8.1 by giving written notice to the Company within the period described in the applicable paragraph. Subject to SECTION 9, the Company shall endeavor to pay cash for the Shares as purchased.
