Exercise Agreements definition

Exercise Agreements means those agreements attached as Exhibit "B" among the Reorganized Debtors and the parties thereto.
Exercise Agreements means the agreements between the Corporation, on the one hand, and each holder of an Exercisable Security, on the other hand, pursuant to which the Exercisable Securities held by such Person will be ceaselessly exercised immediately prior to Closing.
