Exercisable Option definition

Exercisable Option means a Firm or Non-Firm Contracted Option (including Longer-Term Contracted Option ) that a VIPP Supplier retains the right to use at a future date not later than six months from the start of the Non Green VIPP3 Auction Agreement. This Contracted Option must be nominated as an Exercisable Option;
Exercisable Option means an Option which is exercisable under the provisions of section 3.12 or Article IV hereof;
Exercisable Option means an Option which is exercisable under the provisions of Article IV hereof;

More Definitions of Exercisable Option

Exercisable Option means an outstanding Vested Option with respect to which an employment term and all other conditions imposed by the Plan or an Option Agreement have been satisfied, and which the Executive may exercise pursuant to the Plan and an Option Agreement.

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.
